condominium.  Futuristic in concept yet historical in
simplicity, the Sea Ranch condominium complex is the
ancestor of virtually every California beach house with
bare-wood siding.  A compilation of boxy forms / abstract
 shapes / slanted shed roofs, clustered together to preserve
open spaces; it created a new generation of architectural
vernacular and design.

Tour an exciting array of new and renewed homes
plus our favorite homes from 25 years of
architectural tours!  This is our largest tour ever
and "Choice" is the key word.  Choose to savor
a few, speed through the entire line-up, or revisit
personal favorites.

Meet the designers, architects, builders and
homeowners who will provide answers to your
questions in an informal setting.  Their creations will
delight your senses, warm your heart,
provide whimsy, and add inspiration to your
architectural dreams.

The self-guided tour begins at 10:00a.m.
and concludes at 3:00p.m. 
with a variety of spectacular houses sited from 
bluff edge to secluded forest glen in
Anchor Bay, Gualala and The Sea Ranch

From 3:30p.m. to 5:30p.m.
you will sample some of the best
of Sonoma and Mendocino wines
and hors d'oeuvres 
in the main auditorium and deck
of the Gualala Arts Center  

Follow the Tour with a California Wine Tasting at it's best
in the spectacular surroundings of the Gualala Arts Center. 
Enjoy an extensive selection of wines, hors d'oeuvres, reconnect with old friends
and make new ones all while participating in the antics of our charity Wine and Art Auction.

Winemakers and wineries from Northern California's varied viticulture regions serve
as your personal wine stewards, pouring their favorite vintages and varietals.
